You are advised to use the H4TC0003 (Amphenol) crimping tool and do not use it with the

positioning block. Otherwise, the metal terminals may be damaged.
The H4TW0001 (Amphenol) open-end wrench is recommended.

Cables with high rigidity, such as armored cables, are not recommended as DC input

power cables, because poor contact may be caused by the bending of the cables.
Before assembling DC connectors, label the cable polarities correctly to ensure correct

cable connections.
After the positive and negative connectors snap into place, pull the DC input cables back

to ensure that they are connected securely.

During DC input power cabling, leave at least 50 mm of slack. The axial tension on PV
connectors must not exceed 80 N. Radial stress or torque must not be generated on PV
connectors.
