Select "xDI_08_DA501_I1".
Select "???" on the right side of the assignment connector.
Create a new local variable by typing in "xDrillerBroken1" which will replace the "???".
Press [Enter].
ð "Declare Variable" opens. You see the written variable name and the data type BOOL.
The scope is "VAR". It means it is a local variable within this POU.
Select [OK]to accept the entries.
