Troubleshooting guide
I Subwoofer SKW-120
The unit does not turn on.
• The power plug is not fully inserted.
© Insert the power plug fully into the power outlet.
No sound output
• The OUTPUT LEVEL knob is set to the MIN level.
© Set the OUTPUT LEVEL knob properly.
• Audio connection cable is disconnected at the LINE INPUT jack.
© Connect the audio connection cable to the LINE INPUT jack.
• The speaker setting at the receiver is set to "Subwoofer No."
© Check the settings at the receiver.
• The input signal is so small that the unit entered the standby state.
© Slightly increase the output level at the receiver.
Small sound output
• Playing source does not include superbass sound.
© Play sources with superbass sound.
Hum noise
• Audio connection cable is not inserted completely.
© Fully insert the audio connection cable.
• External leakage flux (induction noise by TV etc.) occurs.
© Separate from the noise source and connect.
I Satellite speaker D-120, Center speaker D-120C
No sound output
• Speaker cables are not properly connected.
© Connect the speaker cables properly.
