    Installation and operation Functions of the Appliance The appliance is intended for cooking au gratin, roasting and keeping food warm thanks to efficient radiators located in the top section of the appliance. In the case of placing on a table-top, both long and open salamander sides provide practical operation possibilities from both sides, within kitchen area and service area.
