Energy saving function

The machine is provided with a system that enables it to
pass to energy saving conditions after it has been switched
on for a certain time without being used.
If the machine is left switched on and is not used the energy
saving function is activated and the short coffee dispensing
button (2) blinks intermittently.
To reset the machine, press a button (A or B) and wait for
it to heat up (Fig. 7).
Programming dispensing
The dispensing quantity can be regulated by means of all
the buttons (A-B-C).
To program dispensing of buttons (A)
proceed as follows:
check that there are no capsules inside the machine and
place a cup on the grid (5).
Press and hold down the button for which you want to
program the dose. The machine will start to dispense water.
Once the desired level of water has been reached, release
the button. The machine will stop dispensing water and will
store the quantity in its memory for future dispensing.
NOTE
The programming of the dispensing of the Hot milk and
Cappuccino buttons is described in the following chapters.
•Use only capsules that are specific for this model
• Place a cup under the dispenser
• Slowly lift the control lever (1) backwards (until it stops)
(Fig. 8)
and introduce a capsule in the slot provided
(Fig. 9)
ATTENTION:
Before introducing a capsule into the
coffee machine, lift the control lever
(1) on the top of the machine slowly
and fully. For proper hygiene, and to
preserve the high product quality, it is
advisable to eject the capsule soon
after the drink has been dispensed.
