7.8.6 To replace the rammer shoe
1. Remove the 2 long M12 bolts, the 2 short M12 bolts
and the 6 nuts.
2. Replace the rammer shoe.
3. Torque the 6 M12 bolts to 78 Nm.
4. After 10 hours of operation, do a check of the
rammer shoe. If it is necessary, tighten the M12
bolts again.

7.8.7 To replace the steel plate for the rammer
shoe
1. Remove the rammer shoe. Refer to
rammer shoe on page 47 .
2. Remove the M8 bolts.
Note: The LT 5005, LT 6005, LT 6005 H has 8 bolts.
The LT 8005 has 14 bolts.
3. Replace the steel plate.
4. Torque the M8 bolts to 15 Nm.
7.8.8 To do a check of the oil level in the rammer
leg
1. Put the product in upright position.
2. Look at the sight glass (A). The oil level is correct
when it is at the middle of the sight glass.
