5.5.2.1.1 CCD/Core/ Thread Enablement Submenu
CCD Control
Sets the number of CCDs to be used. Once this option has been used to remove any
CCDs, a POWER CYCLE is required in order for future selections to take effect.
Auto / 2 CCDs / 4 CCDs / 6 CCDs / 8 CCDs / 10 CCDs
Core control
Sets the number of Cores to be used. Once this option has been used to remove any
Cores, a POWER CYCLE is required in order for future selections to take effect.
Auto / ONE (1 + 0) / TWO (2 + 0) / THREE (3 + 0) / FOUR (2 + 2) /
FIVE (5 + 0) / SIX (6 + 0) / SEVEN (7 + 0)
SMT Control
Can be used to disable symmetric multithreading. To re-enable SMT, a POWER
CYCLE is needed after selecting the 'Auto'option.
