Actions for Potential Issues
The following table lists the recommended actions for potential issues with AMS. Call ZOLL if you need
assistance with any of these instructions.
POTENTIAL ISSUES
Sensor light indicator is not on while
sitting in Charger for charging.
Sensor light is blinking orange
being applied on the body.
Charger blue light is not on.
Gateway screen does not indicate
Gateway is being charged while sitting in
Charger for charging.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Sensor is not sitting properly
in Charger.
Charger is not connected to a
standard power outlet.

ACTIONS
Remove Sensor from Charger and reinsert into
Charger.
Plug Charger into a standard power outlet using the
Power Cord provided in the AMS packaging. When
properly connected, the light indicator on the Charger
should be blue.

Plug Charger into a standard power outlet using the
Power Cord provided in the AMS packaging. When
properly connected, the light indicator on the Charger
should be blue.
Remove Gateway from Charger and reinsert into
Charger.
