Troubleshooting
[English] Please read this section for troubleshooting before requesting repair services.
Trouble
Inserting hands does not activate
the dryer
Removing hands does not stop the
dryer
No warm air blows
The dryer does not supply enough air
Water stands in the waste pan stopper
(TYC322W only）
If the problem still persists after performing suggested actions, turn off the power switch and set the breaker to "off."
Then consult with the installation contractor (or the shop where you purchased the unit). (

Power Switch might be set to OFF.
If so, set Power Switch to ON. (See page 5)
Has the Circuit Breaker ON been tripped?
If it is OFF, Please reset it.
Is there any obstruction in the waste pan?（TYC322W only）
If there is any obstruction, please remove it.
Is the sensor dirty?
If the sensor is not clean, wipe it with a soft damp cloth.

Heater Power Switch might be set to OFF.

Has Filter accumulated dust or debris？
Clean Filter if there is an accumulated of dust or debris.

Is the drainage hole clogged with dirt？
In case the drainage hole is clogged, clean it with a cotton swab
or toothpick. (See page 8)
