CAUTION:
Applying too much thermal grease can result in excess grease coming in contact with and
contaminating the processor socket.
NOTE:
The thermal grease syringe is intended for single use only. Dispose of the syringe after you use it.
6. For new cold plate, remove the plastic cover from the base of cold plate.

7. Place the cold plate on the processor and press the cold plate until the retaining clip locks onto the cold plate at all the four
corners.
NOTE:
The numbers on the image do not depict the exact steps. The numbers are for representation of sequence.
CAUTION:
To avoid damaging to the tubes, do not press down on the tubes.
NOTE:
Ensure that the pin 1 indicator on the cold plate is aligned with the pin 1 indicator on the retaining clip before
placing the cold plate onto the processor retaining clip.
