Important: All batteries used for this system should be identical. Batteries must be deep cycle. Do not mix battery types or sizes. Do not mix old
batteries with new batteries. Performance and charging anomalies can occur if types, sizes, or age of batteries are not identical.
Step 1: Check your order to make sure that all parts are in-
cluded. For the GS-150-KIT, this is:
3 pc GS-STAR-50W solar panels,
2 sets of T-branch connectors to put the panels in parallel
1 pc 15-foot MC4 cable (to be cut in half, see Step 6)
1 pc red/black 5-foot bare-wire-to-ring-lug cable pair,
(charge controller to battery) and
1 pc Grape Solar PWM-165 charge controller.
