6. Serial Communications Settings

This section shows the specifications of the communication parameter settings, cable wiring,
and other information provided in this document.
Note
You need to modify the program to use communication settings that are not described in this
section. For more information on the program, please refer to Section 9. Program.

Precautions for Correct Use
It is assumed that the CJ1W-SCU22 Serial Communications Unit is used with the unit
number is 0 and the communications (connection) port Port 2. If using other conditions to
connect the Unit, refer to Section 9. Program and create a program by modifying the control
data in the CIO Area and PMCR Instruction.
