Setting up the mode setup screens

Before you begin: You can navigate to the following mode setup screens in the condensing unit
control module UI:
• MOdE: Mode setup start
• REFR: Assign relay for refrigeration output
• ETYP: Evaporator fan type, single speed EF-1, or two-speed EF-2
• EF1R: Assign relay for EF-1 fan output
• EF2R: Assign relay for EF-2 output
• dTYP: Defrost type, active, ACt, or passive, PASS
• dFSR: Assign relay for defrost heater output
• PdWR: Assign relay for pump down output
• PdWN: Pump down control; EnA= enable, dIS= disable
• ALRM: Assign relay for alarm output
In the MOdE screen, press Next to open to the REFR screen

2. To select from the available options on each screen, press Up and Down, then press Next to
save your selections
Press Next to return to the MOdE screen

Setting up the refrigeration setup screens

Before you begin: You can navigate to the following refrigeration setup screens in the condensing
unit control UI:
• REFR: Refrigeration setup start
• SP: Setpoint
• dIFF: Differential
• SNF: Sensor failure mode, ON, OFF or CYC.
• ASd: Anti-short cycle delay
1. In the REFR screen, press Next to go to the SP screen.
To select the setpoint, differential, sensor failure mode, and anti-short cycle delay, press Up

and Down.
3. Press Next to save your selections and return to the REFR screen.

Setting up the defrost setup screens

Before you begin: You can navigate to the following defrost setup screens in the condensing unit
control UI:
• dEFR: Defrost setup start
• dUR: Defrost duration
• TERM: Defrost termination termperature
• dRIP: Defrost drip time
• dELY: Evaporator fan delay
