7) Place the handlebars between the two holes along with the transmission indicator and
place the two aluminum blocks to the right position. Using the L-shaped (8mm) tool,
fasten the 4 bolts halfway (bolt type: 8x45). Adjust the handlebars to preference then
secure tightly.
8) Install seat AFTER battery activation and
installation. (See pages 19 & 20-22)
