6) For the front wheels pull out the cotter pin, remove the slotted castle nut and washer
from the spindle. Install the front wheel by sliding the hub on the spindle and secure with
the washer, nut, and split pin. Once the split pin is inserted, bend it back 90 degrees.
Attack the dust cap.
