Pre-Assembly

1) Recommended to have LOCTITE on major nuts and bolts including the brake caliper,
rotors, front axle, handlebar hardware, and exhaust hardware , Side stand, and any
other major hardware. This requires loosening and reinstalling these components to
apply the LOCTITE.
2) Use the hexagonal wrench to remove the bolts at top of the frame.
Use the #14-15 wrench to remove the other bolts and nuts to remove the steel frame
cross bars supported on the sides and top of the metal crate. Once all the support bars
and bolts are removed you and your assistant will each need to grab and lift the top
metal frame off the lower half. Caution not to damage the vehicle with the metal frame.
