Movement issue

Gate does not move when remote button is pressed
Gate does not stop at the limit switch or does not soft close
Gate does not fully open or close.
Gate opens but cannot close.

Possible Causes

** Any works done to the motor must be completed whilst the power is off, and the motor is unplugged **
1. Remotes are not operating, or are not paired correctly
2. The gate direction setup is incorrect
3. The magnets are not positioned correctly
4. The motor output force is too low
5. Photocell settings or mounting is incorrect

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

Please check your settings as below For a Left-Hand opening gate, you will need to make three changes o Magnet positions are reversed (fig 2) o Dip Switch number 5 is set to ON (fig 3) o 2 out of the 3 wires in J10 wiring terminal need to be changed (fig 4)
