Preparation of the laundry

Before starting a drying programme, make
sure that:
The garments are divided according to
the type of fabric and size, respecting
the drying symbols shown on the label
of the garments.
Tie bandages and laces all together.
Pillow covers and bedspreads should
be buttoned up to prevent other items
from getting inside.
Hooks and buttons are closed.
Remove or sew bras with underwire.
Use the grid provided for wool, sneak-
ers, bedspreads and soft toys
Small items, such as socks, under-
wears, etc. can be positioned them-
selves on the fluff filter obstructing the
flow of air. It is recommended to use a
special bag.
Attention!
Check for foreign bodies, which could
melt, burn or explode.

Drying
Consult the table of programmes on page
18 for the type of load capacity and fabric.
In either conditions be sure that:
The maximum load of each programme
is respected.
Laundry with goose down feather, if
not suitable for drying in tumble dryer,
could shrink.
Pure linen fabrics can be dried only if
it is explicitly indicated within laundry
garment label symbols. Otherwise the
fabric will roughen.
Wool and wool blend garments tend
to shrink. Use only the dedicated pro-
gramme and the basket supplied.
Sweaters tend to shrink in the first
wash, so do not over dry
Attention!
Always check the drying symbols on
garments. See table on page 18
