Solution
Check whether the correct RFID card is used.
Check whether the network of the mobile phone is
enabled and whether the mobile phone is
successfully connected to the charger.
Check whether the car is turned off.
Remove and replug the charging connector.
Check the charging connector. If there are foreign
objects, remove them. If the foreign objects cannot be
removed, replace the charging connector.
Replace the charging connector.
Switch off the upstream RCBO and power on the
charger 5 seconds later.
Replace the charger.
