SERVICE EVERY 4 YEARS
1. Replace the radiator hoses and tighten the hose
clamps securely.
(1) Radiator hoses

2. Replacing the fuel hose

• Consult your local KUBOTA Dealer for replacing the
fuel hose.

3. Replacing the intake air line

• Consult your local KUBOTA Dealer for replacing the
intake-air-line.
4. Replacing the oil cooler line [HST
type only]
• Consult your local KUBOTA Dealer for replacing the
oil-cooler-line.

5. Replacing the oil separator hose

• Consult your local KUBOTA Dealer for replacing the
oil-separator-hose.

(2) Clamp bands
6. Replacing the power steering
hose
• Consult your local KUBOTA Dealer for replacing the
power-steering-hose.
7. Replacing the air conditioner hose
[CAB type]
• Consult your local KUBOTA Dealer for replacing the
air-conditioner-hose.

SERVICING AS REQUIRED

1. How to purge air from the fuel

It is necessary to purge air from the fuel in the following
cases.
• When water is drained from the separator and
when disassembly cleaning is performed
• When the fuel filter and piping are removed
• When the fuel runs out
• When the tractor is not used for many hours
Air purging procedure
For air purging procedure, refer to the following table.
When water is drained from the separator
and when disassembly cleaning is per-
formed
When an engine stall occurs due to running
out of fuel or when fuel pipes are removed
When the tractor is not used for many
hours
When the fuel filter is replaced
1. Fill the tank with fuel and set the fuel shutoff-valve
to "OPEN".
 PERIODIC SERVICE
Perform in the order
of steps 1 to 7.
Perform step 1 and
steps 4 to 7.
