UNIFLEX-Hydraulik -
Activities (to be performed by operator)
 Grease the T-shaped groove with lithium-
saponified grease.
 Check the bearing plates for
 Contamination
 Integrity and
 Wear
Replace the bearing plates as soon
as a large area of the bronze layer becomes visi-
ble(Section 3.4).
Check the safety function!
 Activate and hold the 'Close tool' button dur-
ing the entire procedure.
 Turn the main switch to OFF as soon as the
push ram moves downward.
 The push ram should now move upward.
 Release the 'Close tool' button.
If the push ram does not move upward
automatically, the device is not working properly
and must not be used. Please contact your local
UNIFLEX service representative.
