    Assembly 1. USING THE SCREWDRIVER TIP OF THE 2-BIT TOOL, REMOVE THE PRE-ATTACHED BOLT AND NUT FROM THE HANDLEBAR BASE. 2. SLIDE THE HANDLEBAR ONTO THE SCOOTER STEM. 3. PUSH DOWN UNTIL THE PRE-DRILLED HOLES IN THE HANDLEBAR EACH ALIGN WITH A PRE-DRILLED HOLE ON ONE SIDE OF THE STEM.
