SELECTION LEVER (LT-A400F)

2WD 2WD
The selection lever is used for chang-
ing the manner in which engine power
is supplied to the wheels. Select 2WD
or 4WD according to surface condi-
tions.
2WD: Engine power is supplied only
to the rear wheels. Use this position
for normal riding on dry, hard sur-
faces.
4WD 4WD
4WD: Engine power is supplied to the
front and rear wheels, and the right
front wheel and left front wheel can
turn at different speeds. This position
provides more traction than 2WD and
should be used for riding on slippery
surfaces.
To shift the selection lever:
1. Stop the vehicle completely.
2. Move the selection lever to the
