Select permitted calls (Starred contacts, Contacts, Anyone, None)
So as not to miss important calls, you can permit repeated calls within 15 minutes.
Use the switch to enable Calls
When you have selected Starred contacts, you can edit the list of these contacts. Starred
contacts are the favourites in your contact list.

Starred contacts . . . A list of your contacts with Favourite status is opened
