Before you call Nextel Customer Care for service or to resolve an issue, be
sure to have your IMEI number and your model number ready. These
numbers are located behind the battery on the back of your Nextel Phone.
You'll want to record these numbers, and keep them handy, so that you can
replace the battery prior to making your call.

ERROR MESSAGES

You may receive error messages under certain conditions. Note the message
and code prior to calling Customer Care so they can best assist you in
resolving the problem.
