1-5-20. Prism Core Assembly

Required tool: Torque wrench (Subtense: 5.5 mm)
1. Remove the lens cover assembly. (Refer to Section 1-5-1.)
2. Remove the top cover assembly. (Refer to Section 1-5-2.)
3. Remove the front panel (R). (Refer to Section 1-5-4.)
4. Remove the front panel (L). (Refer to Section 1-5-5.)
5. Remove the DC fan (for power supply exhaust). (Refer to Section 1-5-6.)
6. Remove the DC fan (for wheel exhaust). (Refer to Section 1-5-7.)
7. Remove the light source block assembly. (Refer to Section 1-5-8.)
8. Remove the DC fan (for panel). (Refer to Section 1-5-9.)
9. Remove the DC fan (for wheel intake). (Refer to Section 1-5-10.)
10. Remove the switching regulator. (Refer to Section 1-5-13.)
11. Remove the G board. (Refer to Section 1-5-14.)
12. Remove the optical block assembly. (Refer to Section 1-5-15.)
13. Remove the CA board and CB board. (Refer to Section 1-5-16.)

Notes on installation
After temporarily tightening the shift
fixing shafts, fully tighten them in the
order from a to d.
