Height adjustment The height of the crutch platform/trough should be adjusted to suit each user for safety and comfort. To adjust the platform height: 1. Push in the buttons (as shown in the diagram). 2 . Extend or retract the section to the required height.

Using the crutches Drive DeVilbiss recommend that a healthcare professional is consulted prior to the use of these crutches to ensure of their suitability and for correct usage. Walking with the crutches If the affected leg cannot bear weight 1. If you cannot put any weight on or stand on the affected leg, bend your knee slightly to keep the affected leg off the ground.
