10.1 Connection via terminals

Conductor cross-sections for spring-loaded terminals

To release the clamping springs, insert the screwdriver as far as it will go into the square opening
of the spring-loaded terminal.
Angle the screwdriver up and insert it fully in the actuation opening.
The screwdriver blade automatically keeps the spring-loaded terminal open.
Insert the cable as far as it will go into the oval opening and hold it in place.
Remove the screwdriver. The terminal closes and the conductor is now securely clamped.
Pull on the cable to ensure it is tight.
