7.9.3 Replacing top shroud

Removing top shroud
1. Remove seat. Refer to the seating service manual.
2. Remove the hardware B securing the top shroud A
to the frame.
3. Remove top shroud.
Installing top shroud
1. Install top shroud A onto frame with hardware B.
2. Tighten hardware.
3. Ensure shroud is secure.
4. Install seat. Refer to the seating service manual.

7.9.4 Replacing isolation shroud

Remove isolation shroud.
1. Remove front shroud. Refer to 7.9.2
Removing/Installing the Front Shroud, page
43.
2. Remove hardware A securing isolation shroud B to
frame.
3. Remove isolation shroud.

Install isolation shroud.
1. Secure isolation shroud B to frame with hardware A.
2. Ensure isolation shroud is secure.
3. Install front shroud. Refer to 7.9.2 Removing/Installing
the Front Shroud, page 43.

7.9.5 Replacing bezel shroud

Removing bezel shroud
1. Remove hardware A securing bezel shroud B to
frame.
2. Remove bezel shroud.
Install bezel shroud
1. Slide tab on bezel shroud B into slot on frame.
2. Align bezel shroud with holes on frame.
3. Secure bezel shroud with hardware A.
4. Ensure bezel shroud is secure.
Removing bezel shroud with light
1. Remove the rear shroud. Refer to 7.9.1
Removing/Installing the Rear Shroud, page 43.
2. Carefully note location of cable routing and the
connection locations of the various plugs. Either
mark each plug, socket and cable routing or take a
photograph with a digital camera.
3. Unplug light connector from power module.
4. Remove all cable ties and pull cable out of wheelchair.
5. Remove hardware A securing bezel shroud B to
frame.
6. Remove bezel shroud.
7. If replacing the rear lights, refer to 7.11.3 Replacing
complete rear light - (LED lighting system) , page 48.
Install bezel shroud with light
1. Plug light connector into power module.
2. Install cables as routed before removal.
3. Slide tab on bezel shroud B into slot on frame.
4. Align bezel shroud with holes on frame.
5. Secure bezel shroud with hardware A.
