1.3 TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Should the product fail to perform as described, contact Wegener Communications Customer
Service at (770)-814-4057.
To return a product for service:
1. Obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by contacting Customer Service by voice at
(770) 814-4057 or by FAX at (770) 232-0621.
2. Plainly write the RMA number on the outside of the product shipping container.
NOTE: Writing the RMA number on the outside of the shipping container will
help us to return your equipment to you sooner. Thank you.
3. Return the product, freight prepaid, to the address below.
