  • Page 5 Para desembalar el túnel de secado debe procederse de la siguiente manera: 1. Quitar el fleje de plástico. 2. Extraer las piezas protectoras de poliespán y las bolsas acolchadas del interior de la caja. 3. Extraer con cuidado la caja de cartón por la parte superior (ver imagen). 4.

    4 INSTALACION DEL TUNEL Los siguientes pasos indican como añadir un túnel de secado CDT-600 o CDT-800 al lavavajillas de arrastre, tanto si se ha pedido tras la adquisición del lavavajillas como si se ha pedido desmontado de fábrica. 4.1 Posicionar plantilla y hacer agujeros ATENCIÓN: Este punto solamente debe realizarse si el lavavajillas...

    • Quitar el suplemento A de la zona de salida del lavavajillas (Ver imagen 4). • Pegar las juntas esponjosas suministradas con el túnel de secado en la salida de la máquina (zona de aclarado) guiándose por los agujeros realizados de forma que coincidan con las juntas. •...

  • Page 8: Montaje De La Bandeja De Secado

    • Amarrar las guías del secado en el interior del túnel, usando para ello los tornillos, tuercas y arandelas M6 suministradas en la dotación. Las guías deben ir amarradas en los agujeros oblongos de que dispone el túnel en su interior. Asegurar que los deslizadores de las guías están correctamente guiados en el carro de arrastre del túnel de secado.

    • Quitar el panel lateral que trae la máquina en la salida y colocar el que se suministra en el modulo. ➢ El panel lateral suministrado trae un agujero para pasar la instalación electrica. • Amarrar la bandeja completa al lavavajillas. Para ello usar los tornillos, tuercas y arandelas suministradas en la dotación.

    4.5 Instalación eléctrica En el módulo de secado se adjuntan los planos de montaje eléctrico del túnel de secado. ➢ 12166438 Plano montaje arrastre compacto. ➢ 12169628 Plano montaje arrastre modular. Dependiendo de si el secado se ha pedido posteriormente o si se ha mandado desmontado la instalación eléctrica se ha de realizar de manera diferente: 4.5.1 Túnel adquirido posterior a la máquina, máquina no preparada de fábrica.

    4.5.2 Túnel de secado adquirido junto con la máquina, pero separado de esta. Si el túnel de secado se adquiere junto con la máquina, pero se suministra separado de esta, la conexión eléctrica se realizará en el propio túnel de secado, ya que la máquina estará preparada de fábrica.   • Page 15 To unpack the drying tunnel, proceed as follows: 1. Remove the plastic strap. 2. Remove the polystyrene protective pieces and the air-filled bags from inside the box. 3. Carefully remove the cardboard box pulling it up (see image 1). 4. Lower the drying tunnel from the wooden base. 5.
  • Page 16 4 INSTALLATION The following steps indicate how to assembly a CDT-600 or CDT-800 drying tunnel to the dishwashing machine, whether it has been ordered after the dishwasher purchasing or it has been ordered with the dishwasher but disassembled from the factory.
  • Page 17 • Remove the supplement from the exit area of the dishwasher (See image 4). • Attach the gaskets supplied with the drying tunnel at the machine outlet (rinsing area) guided by the holes made. • Over the gaskets, give a silicone sealing cord of the silicone supplied with the machine (See image Image 16.- Put gaskets, remove supplement and put silicone 4.2 Tunnel assembly in the machine For the correct assembly of the drying tunnel the following steps must be followed.
  • Page 18 • Attach the drying feed belt guides inside the tunnel using the screws, washers and nuts that are supplied with the drying tunnel. The guides must be fastened to the oblong holes of the tunnel. Ensure that the sliders of the guides are correctly placed in the drying tunnel feed belt.
  • Page 19 • Remove the side panel of the machine output and place the one supplied. The supplied side panel has a hole for electrical wiring. • Attach assembled tray dishwasher. Use the screws, nuts and washers supplied in the package. • The tray has holes to attach it to the bottom part of the side panel.
  • Page 20 4.5 Electrical installation The electrical assembly drawings of the drying tunnel are supplied in the package. ➢ 12166438 Compact conveyor electrical installation drawing. ➢ 12169628 Modular conveyor electrical installation drawing. Depending on whether the drying tunnel has not been acquired together with the machine and is installed later, or if both have been acquired together but it has been sent unmounted, the assembly is made differently: 4.5.1 Drying tunnel acquired after the machine, machine not factory prepared.
