    SERVICE MANUAL CONVEYOR BELT DISHWASHERS 7.1. DAILY MAINTENANCE The appliance should be cleaned every day. For the correct working and maintenance of the appliance, it should be cleaned every day using degreasing products specifically designed for this. IMPORTANT: Sand-based or abrasive products must NOT be used. Nor should a hose be used to clean the outside of the appliance as this could affect the internal components.

PRODUCT DETAILS The machine is specially designed for cleaning tableware, glassware and other items of kitchenware, used in the hotel and catering sector. As it is an industrial product, it is characterised for having a high dishwashing capacity. All the appliances have a specifications plate which identifies the appliance and indicates its technical characteristics, it is located on one side of the machine.

CONNECTION OF ECO MODELS In the ECO models (with hot water generator) the corrugated pipe must be connected between the rinse pump of the conveyor belt dishwasher and the hot water generator water outlet. To link the two machines electrically, there is a connector which must be linked using the wiring and protective hose WBE.

DISPENSERS (DETERGENT/RINSE AID) The appliance does not have detergent and rinse aid dispensers, but is designed to permit the installation of external dispensers. The correct dispensers must be installed and the correct detergent and rinse aid dispensers used to ensure optimum washing and cleaning.

DOOR LOCKING SYSTEM The doors have an automatic locking system in the door fully open position, to make cleaning and access to the inside of the appliance easier by preventing the door from closing. To lock the door in this position, raise it to the maximum opening height.

    SERVICE MANUAL CONVEYOR BELT DISHWASHERS 32. WASH CYCLE The machine cycle includes a wash, drainage and a final rinse, with an optional dryer. The tank thermostat maintains the wash water temperature at between 55 - 65 ºC and motor pumps circulate this water with detergent towards the wash arms.

ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM The energy recovery fan absorbs the steam generated inside the tunnel and sends the condensed water to the machine tub, increasing the water temperature. It permits savings of up to 3 kW-h. Recommended for dishwashers with cold water inlet (CW) and temperatures of less than 25 ºC.
