Fault repair
The lighting goes out during operation
Possible cause:
The device to which the lighting is connected has heated up excessively. The thermal fuse has
triggered.
When the thermal fuse has triggered, a message is displayed in the Casambi app.
Action:
1. Wait until the device has cooled down.
2. Switch the lighting on again manually, e.g. at the radio switch.
When the device operates again, the message in the Casambi app is no longer displayed.
When the thermal fuse triggers again, the connected load is too high and must be reduced. Or
the device must be cooled down more effectively.
The device is not recognized by the smartphone or the Casambi app
Possible cause:

The device is not switched on or is not connected to the power.
■
Bluetooth is not activated on the smartphone.
Action:
■
Check the power supply of the device.
■
Activate Bluetooth in the system settings on the smartphone.
The device cannot be coupled
Possible cause:
The device is already connected with a different network.
Action:
Remove the device in the Casambi app from the network, see chapter 8.7 "Uncoupling
Bluetooth pellet" on page 26.
