IMPORTANT
Carefully remove all the parts from the carton and
place them individually on a soft cloth to prevent
scratches or other damage.
Carefully and strictly follow these assembly instructions
to ensure a completed product as designed.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.

  • Page 2 Assembly Instructions 2/8 IMPORTANT Ÿ Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor. Ÿ Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble. Ÿ Do not tighten all the bolts until each part is properly assembled. Ÿ The unit must be level to work properly.
  • Page 3 Assembly Instructions 3/8 STEP 3 Attach Middle Panel (D) to Front Rails (E), (F), Back Rails (G), (H) and Back Piece (L) with Cam Locks. (See Figure 3) Slide Back Panels (K) into place. Cam Lock Figure 3 Cam Lock STEP 4 Attach Side Panels (B) and (C) to unit with Cam Locks.
  • Page 4 Assembly Instructions 4/8 STEP 5 Attach Bottom (J) to unit with Cam Locks, Head Cap Bolts and Flat Washers. Tighten bolts using Hex Wrench. (See Figure 4) Head Cap Bolt Flat Washer Cam Lock Figure 4 STEP 6 Head Cap Bolt Attach Frame Legs (P) and (Q) to unit with Head Cap Bolts.
  • Page 5 Assembly Instructions 5/8 Drawer (O) STEP 7 Attach Drawer Front (O1) and Drawer Back (O2) to Drawer Side (O3) with 1” Round Head Screws. 1” Round Head Screw Roller at back STEP 8 Slide Drawer Bottom (O5) into the grooves of Drawer Front (O1) and Drawer Back (O2) until it meets Drawer Side (O3).
  • Page 6 Assembly Instructions 6/8 STEP 10 3/4” Round Head Screw Attach Doors (M) and (N) to unit, by sliding the door lift hinges into the side panel lift hinges. (See Figure 5) Assemble Knobs to Doors (M) and (N) with Machine Screws. (See Figure 6) Level the unit by adjusting the adjustable levelers on the bottom...
  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions 7/8 STEP 12 3/4” Flat Head Screw Place Top (A1) and Top (A2) upside down on a soft cloth. Attach Top (A1) to Top (A2) using 3/4” Flat Head Screws. STEP 13 Pull out the Drawers from unit. Attach Top (A) to the unit with Head Cap Bolts and Flat Washers.
