If you choose to perform vehicle diagnosis via data cable, connect one end of
the data cable into the VCI, and the other end into the USB port of the tablet.

4.4 Communication Setup

After the VCI is successfully activated and powered on, the VCI will pair with the
tablet automatically. Users have no need to make any setting any more.
Once the communication failure occurs, the diagnostic app will pop up some
prompt information. In this case, just follow the on-screen prompts to
troubleshoot all possible causes.
