8 Maintenance
Cleaning
Disconnect the power supply before cleaning the
checkweigher.
When cleaning the checkweigher working site, the
checkweigher must be covered.
The following are not permitted for cleaning:
- Sharp, hard, or pointed objects
- Water or steam jet devices
- Compressed air
- Cleaning agents that are hazardous to health or that contain solvents
Clean Belt and belt unit every day.
Clean touch screen, switch cabinet and light barrier once a week.
Maintenance
Check the wiring every month to secure that the wiring is reliable.
