BALLAST
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or death:
• Additional
ballast
transporting heavy implements. When the
implement is raised, drive slowly over rough
ground, regardless of how much ballast is used.
• Do not fill the front wheels with liquid.
1. Front ballast
Add weights if needed for stability and improving
traction. Heavy pulling and heavy rear mounted
implements tend to lift front wheels. Add enough ballast
to maintain steering control and prevent tip over.
Remove weight when no longer needed.
1.1 Front end weights (option)
The front end weights can be attached to the bumper.
See your implement operator's manual for required
number of weights or consult your local KUBOTA
Dealer to use.
NOTE :
• Besides the weight, a mounting kit is also
required.
