due to the buyer's product, the buyer should bear all the liabilities. The buyer should bear the responsibilities for any and all the
representations and warranties related to the product manufactured by itself or manufactured under license by itself. The buyer should
protect the seller so as to prevent the seller from being affected by any liability, claim for compensation, loss, cost or expense (including
reasonable attorney's fees) incurred due to its product or due to the representations or warranties related to its product, and compensate
the seller for the loss resulting thereof.
