Preparation:
• T urn O N the T V and set it to the video input m ode.
• M ake sure TV/VCR/DVD switch has been slided to V C R /D V D .
Then press DVD to select the D V D mode. (The D V D indicator will light)

Changing soundtrack language

You can select the language when you play a multilingual disc.

selected.
T h e o n - s c re e n d is p la y w ill
disappear after a few seconds.
In case of VIDEO CD playback
Audio type changes as follows each time you press A.MONITOR.

Turning the Subtitles On and Off
When playing back a disc recorded with subtitles, you can turn
the subtitles on or off.
P ress SUB TITLE during playback
until "O F F " appears.
Changing the subtitle language
You can select the language when playing back a disc
recorded with multi-lingual subtitles.
P ress SUB TITLE repeatedly during
playback until your desired language
a ppears.
T he on-screen display will disappear
a fter a few seconds.
