A hole must be drilled into the rear fender in order to attach it to the bicycle. Make sure not to fasten bag straps around the Future Shock. For that reason, we recommend having your Authorized Specialized Retailer install the fenders.

Insert the seatpost into the seat tube deep enough that is passes the minimum insertion side of the tires.
