Symptom
The massager will not switch on
Possible cause
1.
The power connection is interrupted or the plug is loose.
2.
The power switch is turned off or the timer has been reset. 3.

The massager switches off automatically after prolonged use to protect it from overheating.
Solution
1.
Make sure that the power source is working and the plug is firmly inserted in the socket.
2.
Press the power button on the control panel or remote control, a red indicator light shows that
the appliance is switched on.
3.
Let the motor cool down for at least 30 minutes between uses.
Symptom
The massage intensity is too high or too low.
Possible cause
1.
The feet are incorrectly positioned in the foot massager.
2.
The default setting has been reset to „Low".
The user may have selected „Medium" or „High".
Solution
1.
Position your feet at an angle where the massage is comfortable.
2.
Select a different intensity level. We recommend always starting with „Low" and then increa-
sing the intensity to „Medium" or „High".
Symptom
No or insufficient heating.
Possible cause
1.
The heating function is switched off.
2.
The heating mode is set to „sole of foot" only and not to „sole of foot + back of foot".
3.
The heating function is designed to heat up slowly - up to 10 minutes to reach full temperature.
Solution
1.
Press the heating button. The indicator light confirms that the heating function is on.
2.
Select the „sole of foot + back of foot" heating mode for maximum heating area.
3.
Wait approx. 10 minutes until the heating effect is clearly noticeable.
