This appliance must not be used by persons who are insensitive to heat and persons who are not
able to react to overheating when using the heating function.
If you have any health concerns, consult your doctor before using this appliance.
The massage should be pleasant and comfortable. If you experience pain or discomfort, or if you
feel pain in a muscle or joint for a prolonged period of time, discontinue use and consult your
doctor.
Never use the massager around open wounds, discoloured areas of skin, areas with poor circula-
tion or areas of the body that are swollen, burned, inflamed or have rashes or sores.
DO NOT use the device while sleeping or when you are tired.
Do not use this product before going to bed. The massager has a stimulating effect and may delay
sleep.
Do not use the appliance in bed.
Do not cover the appliance during use. The appliance overheats and may cause fire, electric shock,
property damage or injury.
Do not use the unit when under the influence of alcohol, sleeping pills or sedatives.
Do not immerse the unit, cord or power adapter in water or other liquids to avoid the risk of electric
shock.
Do not use or store the unit near sinks, bathtubs or showers.
Do not operate the appliance with wet hands or feet to reduce the risk of electric shock.
Never use the appliance in the bath or shower.
Do not use the appliance for more than 30 minutes at a time. Allow it to cool down for at least 30
minutes between uses as this may cause overheating and shorten the life of the appliance.
The appliance has temperature protection; it switches off automatically when the temperature
exceeds the safe limit.
Always disconnect the mains adapter from the mains socket after use.
Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped or if any part of the appliance (including the cable
or the mains adapter) has been damaged.
Use of accessories not intended for use with this appliance may result in injury to the user or dama-
ge to the appliance.
DO NOT place this appliance on top of other appliances, on uneven surfaces, or in a location
where it may be exposed to heat sources (such as radiators or stoves), direct sunlight or excessive
dust.
Always switch off the unit before disconnecting it from the power supply. Never pull on the cable to
disconnect the mains adapter from the appliance or the socket. Grasp the casing of the plug/power
adapter.
Do not carry the appliance by the mains cable.
