3. IPC Harness - Connect the 1/4" spade connector on wire 550W to 1TB9-3. Connect wire 551W
4. 24 VAC Harness - Connect the 1/4" spade connector on wire 702K to 1TB10-5. Connect wire 700V
5. Connect the 1/4" spade connector on GREEN GROUND wire 700U to 1TB10-8. Connect the fork
6. Comm Link Harness - Connect the 1/4" spade connector on wire 624B to 1TB5-21. Connect wire
7. Secure the harness wires within the control panel to the existing wire bundles. Coil any excess
8. For the BCI-I external wiring connections, refer to the Field Connection Wiring Diagram inside
This completes the BCI-I Module installation and wiring. Restore power to the unit.
Before operating the unit, the operating parameters must be re-programmed to include the BCI-I
Module. Refer to the latest edition of the programming guides for constant volume units or for
variable air volume units for re-configuration instructions.
Grounding Required!
Follow proper local and state electrical code on requirements for grounding. Failure to follow
code could result in death or serious injury. After installation, check that the 24 VAC transformer
is grounded through the board. Failure to check could result in personal injury and/or damage to
equipment. See
