E - CONTROL LIST FOR INSPECTION OF THE ANCHORAGE DEVICE
IN COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARD EN 795
"SÖLL TOTEM DURAHOIST POST MILLER"
The Control List below must be completed, using permanent ink, by the Head Engineer
or the company installing the equipment. The latter shall be responsible for the accu-
racy of all information provided therein. The points to be verified that may be character-
ised by flaws or differ from the description must be described in the list.
Control
All the bolt-on assemblies are sufficiently tight.
No deformation is visible on the anchorage device.
There is documented confirmation of the anchorage
device installation.
A user's test has been conducted.
Identification plates are available.
This manual has been given to the operator.
