Without an existing account: enter the lock interface, click on "User management" (1), then select
"+" in the upper right corner (2). In this window, you can choose the Other user option to add a regular
user without an existing Lloyds Smart account (3), enter the information, click "Done" to finish (4).

Delete user: click on the "Me" icon (1), then in "Home management" (2), select the home (3), choose
the user that you wish to delete (4), finally, click to delete user (5).
