Installing considerations

It is advisable to search for qualified personnel for the installation. Read this manual carefully before
installation.

Don't press or fold the connecting cable during the installation.

Before installation, verify that the thickness of your door is compatible with the specifications of
the product.

During installation, the door must be half open.

Once the installation is complete, verify that the fingerprint, the numeric password (followed by
"#"), the app, and the key work properly to release the lock. If they don't work, verify that the con-
nection is correct and that the power cable is not loose.
