Charging

Before the first time use, or the battery level is low, you need to fully charge the headphone firstly with the USB charging cable.
Red light on = Charging
Red light off = fully charge
Recharging time: approx 3 hours.
Charging

Tips:

  1. When the red light is instead of blue light flash, and issue a prompt tone per minutes, it shows the battery is in low level, and the headphone only can use about 30 minutes.
  2. To avoid shortening the battery life, please charge the headphone every 3 months at least when you place the headphone for a long time.


The rechargeable batteries providing power for the product must be properly disposed for recycling. Do not place the batteries into fire to prevent explosion.

How to use the headphone

On/Off

Note: if the headphone doesn't connect to any device after power on for 5 minutes, it will automatically turn off to safe battery.

Pair/connection

Pair with Bluetooth phones
Steps are as follow

  1. Make the headphone keep close to mobile phone, the nearer, the better. Press and hold the multi-function key for about 5 seconds, and loose the key until red/blue lights flash alternatively and issue prompt tone, now the headphone enter into pairing mode.
  2. Enable Bluetooth function on your mobile phone and search for Bluetooth devices. Select "EDIFIER W675BT" to pair and connect. When successfully connected, the blue light of the headphone flashes twice every 4 seconds and the headphone issue a prompt tone.

Note:

  1. The pairing mode will keep 2 minutes, if the headphone have not connect with any device over 2 minutes, it will automatically switch to standby mode.
  2. After first paired, when you power on the headphone again, it will automatically connect the last connected device.
  3. If the headphone disconnect with the device due to the device is over effective distance, you can come back the effective distance in 5 minutes, and the headphone will automatically re-connect the device.

NFC connection
Firstly, please ensure your mobile phone support NFC connection and this function is enabled.
Let NFC area of you mobile phone touch the NFC area of the headphone, then W675BT will automatically pair and connect with the mobile phone.

Note:
NFC connection
When the phone is in sleep mode or lock screen status, it can't use NFC to pair with the headphone.
In the first pair, let the phone touch headphone for longer time and take away the phone until W675BT enter into pairing mode

Connecting with two devices

  1. Pair the headphone with the first device.
  2. Press and hold the multi-function key until red/blue light flash alternatively and enter into pairing mode, and pair with the second device.
  3. Select connecting with the headphone from the first device. Now the headphone is connected with the first and second devices.

Note:
For some mobile phones, when you press the answer key on the phone for answering the call, the call will preferentially be transferred to the phone, such as iphone. At this time, you can use the conversation switch function of headphone or operate on the mobile phone, to switch the conversation to the headphone.

Note:
Remote play control (previous track/next track/pause/resume play) function, need your mobile phone or Bluetooth emitter supporting AVRCP protocol. Please carefully read the user manual of your mobile phone or Bluetooth emitter.

AUX in audio mode

W675BT supports AUX in audio input, using 3.5mm audio cable included to switch the headphone to wired headphone.

Note:

  1. Under any status, connect in AUX audio cable, the Bluetooth function will be disenabled and the light is off. Please toggle the power switch to OFF location at this time.
  2. If you want to use Bluetooth function, please pull out the 3.5mm audio cable, and re-power on the headphone and re-pair with the device.
  3. Under AUX in input status, the headphone is in off status, any key is no function.

Restore factory setting

Under any status, press and hold the multi-function key for about 6 seconds, after blue light flashes thrice slowly, the headphone finish restore factory setting.

Note: After the headphone restore factory setting, the pairing list of headphone will be clear, when power on the headphone again, it will automatically enter into pairing mode, if you need to connect with device, please re-pair again.

Maintenance and repair

Please read the following suggestions. These suggestions will help you stay in compliance with the warranty terms and prolong the product life.

  • Keep the product dry and away from wet places to avoid moisture getting into internal circuit. Do not use the product during intense exercise or when you sweat too much.
  • Do not place the product under directly the sunlight or near heat sources. High temperature will shorten the electronic components' life and damage batteries and cause certain plastic parts deformation.
  • Do not put the product in very cold places in order to prevent its internal circuit board from being damaged.
  • Do not dismantle the product. Non-technician may damage the product.
  • Do not drop, violently vibrate or strike the product with hard items. It may cause damage to the circuit.
  • Do not use strong chemical products or detergent to clean the headphone.
  • Do not use any sharp items to scratch the product surface. It may damage the housing surface. If the product cannot work properly, please send it to your local

FAQs

  1. The red light is flashing instead of the blue light.
    Answer: It means the headphone battery has low power. You need to recharge the headphone.
  2. The red light is off when charging.
    Answer:
    1. Please ensure the connection between the charging device and the headphone works well.
    2. The batteries would be in the state of hibernate if the headphone is not in use for a long time. It needs to be recharged for about 30 minutes before the red light comes back on.
  3. You cannot hear anything from the headphone.
    Answer:
    1. Make sure the headphone's volume is correct.
    2. Make sure the headphone is properly connected with your mobile.
    3. Make sure if the headphone is not out of the range from your mobile or there is any interfering device nearby.
  4. The call quality is not good.
    Answer:
    1. Make sure if your mobile is in the area having strong signal.
    2. The effective work range of the headphone is 10 meters. Make sure the headphone is within the effective work range and there are no obstacles between the headphone and your mobile.
  5. Why cannot the headphone pause, resume, go last and next when playing music?
    Answer: These functions require paired devices that support AVRCP protocol (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile).
