Self-Adhesive Electrodes:
* Check the short connectors have not become separated from the
electrodes.
* Replace electrodes onto plastic  lm after use. If they drop onto the
 oor debris will adhere to conductive gel rendering the electrodes
ineff ective.
Electrode life can be considerably reduced by:
* The type and condition of the skin.
* Deep seated moisturisers or make-up.
For the Best Results:
* Before each use cleanse the skin.
* After each use stick the pads on the shiny insert card and store in a
cool and dry place, such as the fridge. (not freezer).
