- Use a heat gun to heat around the bearing seat-
ing, position the specific tool and drive out the
bearing.

Inspecting the hub shaft
Check that the driven pulley shaft, the intermediate
gear and the wheel axle do not show signs of wear
or deformation. If anomalies or damage are de-
tected, they must be replaced.
Inspecting the hub cover
- Check that the mating surface of the hub cap is
not dented or distorted.
