Rear spacer (50) (fig.18 – pag.22)
Screw the hexagon spacers on the rear section's three spacer
pads, and place a TH M5 x 10 screw on each spacer.
Body insulation blanket (fig.19)
Place the lower heat insulation (cross-shaped, 50mm thick on
black veil) under the heating chamber, taking care to lock the
ends between the tie-rods and the boiler body.
Cover the entire body with the side thermal insulation (50mm
thick) and tuck its ends under the body.
On the rear section, insert the thermal insulation 100mm thick)
on the spacers.
NOTE: For 8 or 9-section heat exchangers, the side insulation
blanket is supplied in two parts which should be positioned side
by side, with the large part towards the front.
Rear lower panel (51) (fig.18 – pag.22)
Engage the rear lower panel on the three spacers and secure
it by tightening the 3 screws
Lower (front spacer) foot (52) (fig.18 – pag.22)
Mount both lower feet on the front section (2 screws HM 8 x 16).
Cross-member (53) (fig.18 – pag.22)
Mount the cross sections on the tie-rods and fasten them with
HM12 backnuts.
The front cross-member is provided with a protection ring (110mm
long), a plastic clamp and a nut.
Right side-rail (54) and Left side-rail (55) (fig.18 – pag.22)
Laterally secure the side rails on the cross-members using bolts
HM 8 x 16 (square hole to the front, rectangular hole to the
rear).
Lower (front) mask (56) (fig.18 – pag.22)
Place the mask on both lower feet at the front of the boiler (this
part is pre-cut to allow passing the sludge pipe, or it can also
be removed).
Right & Left side panels AV (57 - 58) (fig.18 – pag.22, and fig.20)
Hook the front sides on the side-rails and fasten them using
the pivot screws (Ø 8) in the upper part and at the bottom using
a TH M5 screw on the lower foot.
Remove the side stop in the same way as for the front side
panel.
Rear side panels AR (60 - 61) (fig.18 – pag.22, and fig.20)
Place the rear side panel on the side-rails. Slide it so that the
side panel's return fold covers the fold on the rear lower panel
(51) and the pin in the stop piece enters the hole provided.
Secure the rear side panels on the rear lower side using 4 HM
5 x 10 screws.

Upper rear U-piece (63) (fig.18 – pag.22)
Attach this piece to the sides and fit it - through its lower side -
in the slots provided for this purpose.
Right and Left
Place the upper thermal insulation on the side-rails (slit towards
the front).
Front top panel (65) (fig.18 – pag.22)
Place this panel on the side support/locating pins and push it
forward fully home.
